Shipping
The delivery time for orders outside Serbia is 7 to 14 business days, but it may be longer depending on customs processing. The customer will receive a tracking code via email once the package is fulfilled. Any customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery time for orders in Serbia is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Drift Promax doo is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.

Complaints are accepted in the following cases:
- if the wrong product was delivered
- if the product differs from the one ordered (wrong size, color, or model),
- if there is visible damage to the product that was not caused during delivery,
- if the invoice contains incorrect information,
- if the price was incorrectly calculated,
- or if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Deadline for returns is 14 days for the orders from Serbia, and 30 days for the orders from other countries.
Before sending the package, the customer is required to inform DRIFT PROMAX doo
about the return by sending an email to support@tattoosleeves.shop
With returns the customer is required to present the receipt they received with the order.
The customer pays delivery costs for returns.
In case that the returned item is received in used or damaged condition or packaging DRIFT PROMAX doo. reserves the right to refuse to accept the package and go forward with the refund or exchange.
STATE OF CONVERSION
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site
